As a seasoned Agilist playing several different roles in technology organizations, Kareen Walsh has always had a common theme of remote team members or employees that demanded a different approach on how to maintain agile practices in a virtual space. Kareen shared her lessons learned and facilitated a great dialogue with about 50 members from our meetup group
