Staying Organized with Personal Kanban - Lean-Agile Practitioner's of New Jersey Meetup
In this fast-paced era, we do our best to balance work schedules with our personal lives, but can all suffer from work and information overload. To keep pace with the constantly changing priorities among our competing workflows, we all come up with our own ways to balance our professional and personal relationships along with the calendars. Kanban, is a means of visualizing current and future work that we have, along with the way it’s carried out. The same framework can be applied in our own lives as Personal Kanban. Join me in understanding this approach that is simple, clear, and commonsensical - Personal Kanban - that offers opportunities for achieving better balance as we set our daily tasks. ___________________________________________________________ About the Speaker:Ashwini Vijaykumar is an agile scrum master.
